sigmaboots.com is committed to your satisfaction. We will gladly refund or replace any defective item and most non-defective items. Please read our return guidelines and easy instructions below:

You may return any product ( not including specials ) within 60 days of your product's shipping date. This date is available in your account history.

You may return any product ( not including specials ) within 60 days of your products purchase date. This date is available in your account history.

  1. Go to our home page at sigmaboots.com.
  2. Enter your account by clicking the 'signin' button on the top right hand side of the home page.
  3. Enter your email address and password. If you forgot your password, click here.
  4. Once you signin, Go to Order Status page by clicking thr order status button on top-right of every page. The page will display all the orders placed by you. Click on the view to select the order that you wish to return.
  5. The order will be displayed. Click the 'return items' button.
  6. A set of instructions will be displayed. You may want to print this for reference. Click next step.
  7. Select the specific items within that order that you would like to return. If you want to return all the items in the order, select all of the items in the order. If at any time you wish to stop the return process, click the 'Cancel' button on the bottom of the screen.
  8. Once the items you want to return are selected, click the 'return' button on the bottom of the return screen. You will be presented with a confirmation of the return. If this is acceptable, click complete return.
  9. Instructions will be displayed to indicate the address to return the shipment to. You will also be able to display a printable copy of instructions for the address to send the package back.
  10. Package up the product, include a copy of the return confirmation in the package and ship it back to the address mentioned above. We highly suggest that all shipments be insured for the value of the shipment as we cannot be held responsible for shipments that are lost in the mail.
Exchanges

You may exchange any product ( not on special ) within 60 days of your products purchase date. This date is available in your account history. Follow these steps:

  3. Enter your email address and password. If you forgot your password, click here.
  4. Once you 'sign in', Go to Order Status page by clicking the order status button on top-right of every page. The page will display all the orders placed by you. Click on the view to select the order that you wish to exchange.
  5. The order will be displayed. Click the 'exchange items' button.
  6. A set of instructions will be displayed. You may want to print this for reference. Click next step.

  10. Package up the product, include a copy of the exchange confirmation in the package and ship it back to the address mentioned above. We highly suggest that all shipments be insured for the value of the shipment as we cannot be held responsible for shipments that are lost in the mail.
  11. Go back to our web site at sigmaboots.com and place another order. Any credits that are available as a result of you exchange will be available to you and applied to your next order. Please aware that credit for exchanges will appear on your credit card or account after we receive the product back.

Total Delivery Time

We need a little time to process and assemble your order before we actually ship it. Please note that shipping time is not the same as total delivery time. Choosing next day air does not always mean your order will be delivered the day after you place your order online. Please read When Will My Order Ship? to determine total delivery times.

If you order items with different stock availability - for example, an in-stock item along with a pre-ordered item - each item will ship as soon as it's ready. The additional items will still be charged the 'additional items' rate even if they ship separately.

Please note our warehouses do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays, and we do not offer next day, Saturday, Sunday or holiday delivery.
